Tracy “Ti-en-T” Yang, a Twin Cities native, has been a devoted practitioner of the Funkstyles form of dance known as Popping since 2009. She has been a featured performer at various venues around the Twin Cities such as Intermedia Arts, Patrick’s Cabaret, the University of Minnesota, The Cabooze, and The Guthrie Theater. In addition to performing, Ti-en-T has taught at various locations around the Twin Cities metro area, sharing her knowledge with people of all ages. Along with performing and teaching, Ti-en-T is an active competitor in “jams,” or dance competitions. She loves traveling to not only compete and challenge herself, but to learn new things and meet new people from all walks of life. Her strong passion for the urban street dance culture and the desire to see the world keeps her ambitions high, and her mind open to new experiences as she continues her career as a dancer. Ti-en-T is a part of the renowned all-styles crew, Venus Fly, the Midwest all-styles street dance collective, Digital Nativez, and the Minnesota Funkstyles dance crew, ALL DAY.
